I promise you won’t regret it. Let me tell you about my experience with QuickFix Boiler Repair Services, Farooq and his team. Everything you need to know. Scope of works: we needed our boiler moved from the kitchen to the under stairs cubby, 3 radiators moved, all old piping removed and all new piping installed and hidden beneath the floorboards. Context, we are new home owners working on our first renovation project. Initial survey: Farooq arrived on time and provided us with in depth insightful knowledge of how he would tackle the job alongside tips and advice on the best way to approach the job. He didn’t charge us for this, this is just the type of service he provides. Farooq was polite, friendly and very easy to talk to. I had 4 other quotes - his price was very competitive and for how easy the survey was, it was a no brainer. Before commencing work, Farooq provided advice on what he needed to successfully complete the job and was readily available to answer questions. He asked for a deposit for the material which was roughly  1/3 of the total quote, and didn’t ask for a penny more until the job was completed - a true professional. On the first day, me and my partner were taken through the plan and were asked if we had any preferences on looks, routes and placements of the piping and radiators. His team were also extremely friendly! Me and my partner don’t live at the property currently, so Farooq and his team worked until 9pm!!! Talk about good work ethic! The progress they made on the first day was absolutely outstanding. The job all in all lasted 5 days, most others quoted 7! And by no means, did the quicker job mean lack of care - I urge you to look at the pictures below, the entire job was done with such passion and care, you can truly see that Farooq and his team take great pride in their work. At the end of each day, they invited us back to the property to review what they had done for the day and if we’d like to include any feedback or changes. Amazing. I’d also like to add that we decided on a last minute radiator change, and it was no problem at all, no complaints or additional costs, just a “yes no problem”. Understandably if it was a big job we would’ve been charged, but the relief of not having loads of additional costs for small changes was a breath of fresh air. At the end of the job: Sadly we were away, however Farooq and his team invited us to review the final work and to give any comments. Safe to say, I returned on the morning to an outstanding job well done. All of the mess was cleaned up and put back to its original condition (within reason of course). I recommend Farooq and his team to anyone needing gas and boiler services. Any person within my friends and family will be getting immediately recommended to Farooq and his team. If I could award 6 stars or more I would! Our boiler needed some repairs and Farooq was happy to assist us, not only did he respond quickly, he was also with us before the expected time slot. He even called ahead and gave us plenty of notice to say he was arriving soon. I was met with a handshake and Farooq quickly identified the problem with our boiler, he even found another issue that needed urgent attention so we agreed to get the work done. Farooq communicated with us all the way through the process even showing us what he was doing and what he found. He was polite honest and very knowledgeable. Thank you once again Farook - firstly for visiting my elderly Dad so quickly to look at his boiler and also for ensuring that the job was all done.  I thought my Dad might need a new boiler but QuickFix Boiler Repairs said that Dad's was fixable. My Dad is elderly and a bit forgetful these days but Farook made sure that everything was in order and now my Dad's boiler is working again.
